What we do

Solutions

FOUNDATION OF YOUR BENEFITS PACKAGE

Voluntary Health Insurance (VHI)

Voluntary Health Insurance (VHI) is a key part of your employee benefits package. VHI helps attract new talent and retain current specialists.

VHI is the foundation of a competitive employee benefits package. According to our research, companies with active VHI programmes see 18–23% lower staff turnover and up to 30% fewer sick days. GCG conducts VHI tenders using over 300 evaluation criteria — from dental coverage to claim processing speed. The same methodology has been applied since 2013. We work with leading insurers across Russia, CIS countries, the European Union, and Asia, ensuring competitive terms and extensive medical networks.

EMPLOYEE PROTECTION

Accident Insurance

Accident insurance protects your employees from unexpected events, allowing them to focus on their health without financial strain.

Accident insurance complements your VHI programme and extends employee protection beyond the workplace. The policy covers accidents, injuries, and their consequences — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When selecting an insurance programme, GCG evaluates coverage against over 300 criteria: from sum insured amounts to payment terms and claims settlement speed. We find the optimal balance between premium cost and protection level. The programme is tailored to your company's profile — manufacturing risks, office environment, or combined conditions.

WELLBEING

Corporate Wellbeing

Measurable improvement in employee performance is our goal. Applying best practices in corporate wellbeing management is our toolkit.

Corporate wellbeing encompasses five key dimensions: physical health, mental health, financial literacy, social inclusion, and career development. A comprehensive approach to these dimensions delivers sustainable productivity growth. GCG designs wellbeing programmes based on employee survey data and industry benchmarks. We measure effectiveness through concrete metrics: turnover rates, engagement levels, and sick-day frequency. The result is not abstract "wellbeing" but specific numbers: 15–20% reduction in turnover, 25–30% increase in employee satisfaction.

HR BENCHMARKING

Benefits Design

HR benchmarking and benefits package design. We conduct employee surveys and help you identify the clinics and services that best meet your team's needs.

Benefits design starts with data. We conduct employee surveys, gathering information on priorities and preferences — from preferred medical clinics to additional service formats. Based on the collected data and industry benchmarks, GCG structures the optimal benefits package. We align employee expectations with market offerings and budget constraints. The result is a document with specific recommendations: a list of insurance programmes, coverage, terms, and projected impact for your company.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is VHI and why does a company need it?
Voluntary Health Insurance (VHI) is a programme where a company covers its employees' medical expenses. VHI is part of the benefits package and a key factor in attracting and retaining specialists. Companies with active VHI programmes see 18–23% lower staff turnover and up to 30% fewer sick days. VHI costs are offset by reduced losses from employee downtime. GCG conducts VHI tenders using over 300 evaluation criteria — the same methodology has been applied since 2013.
How does the insurance company selection tender work?
The tender follows six stages: requirements gathering, technical specification, insurer outreach, evaluation against 300+ criteria, comparative analysis, and recommendation. GCG has used a single evaluation methodology since 2013. Criteria include coverage, cost, claims settlement speed, service quality, and insurer financial stability. Tender turnaround: 3–5 business days with the GCG LLM agent versus 6–8 weeks for manual processing. Results are reviewed by insurance consultants before delivery.
What does the corporate wellbeing programme include?
The corporate wellbeing programme covers five dimensions: physical health, mental health, financial literacy, social inclusion, and career development. Each dimension includes specific activities: medical check-ups, psychological support, financial consultations, team-building events, and development programmes. GCG designs the programme based on employee surveys and industry benchmarks, ensuring alignment with your team's actual needs.
Which regions do you operate in?
GCG operates in Russia, CIS countries, the European Union, and Asia. Our geographic reach covers the main business centres and regions where our clients are present. Since 2013, we have conducted tenders for companies with employees across various jurisdictions, maintaining a consistent service standard regardless of region. We work with local and international insurers, offering optimal terms for each jurisdiction.
What is the GCG LLM agent and how does it help?
The GCG LLM agent is an automated tool for conducting insurance tenders. It processes inputs, compares insurer offers, and produces results in 3–5 business days instead of 6–8 weeks for manual processing. The agent uses the same methodology of over 300 criteria as the manual analysis. Processing speed increases without changing evaluation quality. Agent results are reviewed by GCG insurance consultants before delivery. Human oversight ensures accuracy and reliability of recommendations.
